Mrs. Linda P. Andrews

April 17, 1964 - December 7, 2021

Linda Faye Peele Andrews was born on April 17, 1964 to Charlie Peele and Shirley Bullock Peele. She was called home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2021. Linda grew up in Edgecombe County, NC and graduated from North Edgecombe High School. Linda worked in retail for most of her life, but her greatest work was through her ministry. She was a member of Oak Grove Christian Church where she served on the Praise & Worship team and in the Outreach Ministry. She was known for her outpouring of love and infectious smile and hugs. Linda believed in always doing whatever was placed on her heart to do. Whether that meant buying back to school supplies for the kids, creating pamphlets to spread the love of Christ, or handing out candy bags at church on a random Sunday. Linda was a true worshiper of Christ. Her faith in Him, her values, and her strength will forever be remembered by those who loved her. Linda leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 32 years, Terry Andrews, their children, Kelsey Peele (Nikki Staton), Phillip Lewis (Brittney), Shannon Andrews (Antonio Barnhill), and Terry Andrews Jr.; her beautiful grandchildren, Yasmin Peele-Wilder, Jamazia Wilder, Ni’Quele Peele, Kelcie Peele, Kionni Lewis, Tahj Lewis, Khloe Lewis, Layla Lewis, Aiden Barnhill, and Aubree Barnhill; one brother, Courtney Higgs (Ashley); mother-in-law, Margaret Andrews, two sisters-in-law, Margaret Witherspoon, Shelia Andrews; two brothers-in-law, Carlton Highsmith (Leta), Daniel Highsmith; close family friends, Jeffery Pettus and Amber Wilder; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, Kingdom Empowerment Ministries, and Oak Grove Christian Church families.
