Mr. Eamon Moore

Eamon Moore was born, the ninth child out of eleven, on March 21, 1956 in Pitt County NC to the late Paul Junior Moore and late Erma Mae Everett Moore. AND AT MIDNIGHT on Monday, June 29, 2020, Almighty God, in His infinite wisdom, gently closed the eyes of our beloved brother, father, papa, uncle, godfather, and friend at Universal Healthcare System, Greenville, NC. Eamon received his education in Martin County, NC Public School System where he graduated from Robersonville High School in 1974. Soon after graduation he relocated to the DC/Maryland area. Eamon began working with his brother, John Sr., in his Sanitation business. Shortly after that he decided to take a job with Gold Line Bus Company (presently Martz Gold Line) where he worked as a driver and tour guide until his health began to fail. He retired from Martz Gold Line and relocated back to NC in 2010. Eamon believed in FAMILY!! He spearheaded many family events and gatherings. He was loved by everyone that knew him. He loved taking trips, going to festivals, and attending the NC State Fair every year. Although he had no biological children, he had six children that he raised and loved as his own. Acknowledging God’s love and power, Eamon was an official member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church Soul-Saving Station. TGBTG! Eamon was preceded in death by three siblings, Jeanie Moore (06), District Elder John Paul Moore, Sr. (12) and Earnest Junior Moore (13). He leaves to cherish his memories: Lifetime friend - Antoinette ‘Toni’ Marshall of Laurel, MD; six children, Vannessa Vannall-Clark (Bryan) of Garner, NC, William Vannall (Octavia) of MD, Candra Hounnou of Annapolis, MD, Karliss Moss-Teams (Corey) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Zshante’ Velez (Julio) of Bronx, NY, Marcus Moss (Maria) of Washington, DC; six sisters, Carolyn Atcherson of Parmele, NC, Delois Coates of Beltsville, MD, Doris Moore of Hamilton, NC, Shirley Clark of Phoenix City, AL, Vivian Moore of Greenville, NC and Marion Moore of Parmele, NC; one brother - Otis Moore (Sandra) of Baton Rouge, LA; two sisters-in-law, Della Moore of Phenix City, AL and Clara Moore of Hyattsville, MD; three aunts, Christine Everett of Stone Mountain, GA, Margaret Heyward of Dover, DE, Margaret Moore of Washington, DC; two uncles, William Oscar Everett of Greenville, NC and Jesse Everett (Hazel) of Robersonville, NC; special mother, Ms. Audrey Brown of Seat Pleasant, MD; sixteen grandchildren, of that sixteen, Cha’Mya Austin was one that he raised in his home; two great grandchildren; favorite nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other loved ones.
