Mrs. Carolyn Belle

March 6, 1949 - April 29, 2021

Carolyn Jordan Belle was born on March 6, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Thomas Lee and Ivy Jordan. She departed this life on April 29, 2021 in Greenville, North Carolina. Carolyn attended New York City Schools and graduated from Prospect Heights School in Brooklyn, New York. Shortly after, she was employed as a typist and office clerk in New York City. After meeting Johnny R. Belle, she moved to Robersonville, North Carolina where she worked as a sewing machine operator as well as helped to run a family business. Some years thereafter, Carolyn gave her life to the Lord. She was always willing to offer words of encouragement and share her love of living a Christian life. One of her favorite quotes was “Stay Focused.” Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Lee and Ivy Jordan; her older sister, Frances Taylor. Carolyn Jordan Belle leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 51 years, Johnny Ray Belle; daughter, Darlene; son, Marlon; sister, Yvonne Rhodes; grandsons, Montagus Wright and Zachary Belle; granddaughter, Chantal Wright; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
