Psalm 91:1-4 KJV Mother Minnie Lee Wilkins Gooding Mother Minnie Lee Wilkins was born on March 9, 1927 in Beulaville, NC to the late Paul and Rovena Wilkins. She gained her wings on Thursday June 11, surrounded by her family. Mother Minnie Lee Wilkins grew up in Duplin County as a child, then transferred over to Onslow County as an adult. She was educated in the public schools of Beulaville, NC. She has always had a love and compassion for helping other people. She worked as a healthcare worker and a homemaker. One of her great passions and anointing was cooking. Especially her famous homemade specialty cakes, pineapple. Mother Minnie Lee faithfully attended Victory Christian Assembly for over 30 years under the leadership of Chief Apostle Paul A. Thomas. She served faithfully on the Mother Board, as a Sunday school director, usher board until her health began to decline. Mother Minnie Lee was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Alonza Gooding, her son Richard Gooding, her daughter Eunice Lois Gooding. Three brothers, Bill Wilkins (Maryland), Paul Wilkins jr. (Jacksonville NC), seven sisters, Annie Jones, and Priscilla Mccoy of Greensboro NC. Hannah Jiggetts, Doris McClellan, Grace Ervin, and Mary Edna Erivin, all of Baltimore Maryland, and Zannie Bleu of Jacksonville, NC. Mother Minnie Lee to cherish her sons, Charles Eugene Gooding (Doris), James Floyd Gooding, and Timothy Gooding of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Charlene Gooding, Courtney Gooding, Jason Parson ( Sonja), Julius Phillips, Darren Gooding, Darrell Gooding (Stephanie), Jyneika and Tysheika Daniels, Tonya Gooding, Steven Gooding and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. All of whom she loved dearly.
