Mr. Jeffery Roberson

Jeffery Paul Roberson, was born or April 9, 1966 and departed this life on August 20, 2015. Jeffery was and avid Miami Dolphins fan as well as a Carolina Blue true and through. He was educated in the Martin Co. Schools System where he was also employed as a student bus driver. He loved being at the wheel of that big yellow bus. If you were a family member you might have received a phone call from him telling you; “Jerome’s in the house, watch yo mouth.” This was one of the many quotes he would use when calling us. This lets you know how much he loved his movies and television programs that we all watched together, so we can hold fast to these memories and calls. Jeffery sometimes would call just to say, I love you. He didn’t need any special reason to call; he did it to let us know that he was thinking about us and loved us and that he was okay. He was preceded in death by five siblings, Reginald Earl Everett, Johnny Wayne Roberson, Shelton Leon (Dickie) Everett, & Larry Everett. Jeffery leaves to cherish his wonderful memories, father & mother, Joe & Gloria Roberson of Williamston NC; grandmother, Mildred P. Williams of Greenville, NC; five children, Eric Peele of Washington, NC, Jessica Roberson of Williamston, NC, Shawndra Roberson, Felicia Roberson both of Greenville, NC, Melanie Roberson of Rocky Mount, NC; ten grandchildren, Zyria, Nakeua, Mailk, Damein, Dynesty, Shy’E’O’Brian, Cayden, Ethan, Cy’my’nia & Kymeek; five siblings; Gloria Jean Rhodes (Stanley) of Williamston, NC, Joseph Roberson of Williamston, NC, Ricky Roberson (Arvella) of Holly Springs, NC, Jo-Ann R. Nixon (Gary) of Plymouth, NC, Sharon Fletcher of Greensboro, NC; four aunts, Ella D. Roberson of Williamston, NC, Betty Jean Roberson of Bridgeport CT, Flossie Roberson of Bridgeport, CT, Roslyn Edwards of Raleigh, NC; four uncles, Otto Roberson (Debbie) of Bridgeport, CT, Jimmy Williams (Ceclia) of Washington, DC, Mitchell Williams (Denise) of East Orange, NJ, Ronald Williams (Yvonne) of Apex, NC; six nieces; six nephews; three great nephews; one great niece; one great-great niece. Jeffery also leave his most cherish companion and devoted friend that was with him at the end his beloved dog, “Tupuc”, and a multitude of other relatives & friends.
