Ms. Fannie May Jauhari

“Blessed are they that mourn; for they shall be comforted” Matthew 5:4 Fannie May Jahauri was born on March 9, 2008 in Richmond, VA to Charles Bond and Fannie May Jahauri. She departed this life on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Fannie May Jahauri started life living in VA with her parents. When her mother passed her father Charles Bond continued as a single father to Fannie until he made the decision to send her with her grandmother, Linda Bunch at the age of five. Together before he passed, they raised her together in North Carolina as a village. Fannie attended elementary school and middle school in Windsor, NC where she excelled as a straight “A” student. When COVID hit and she did remote classes she made the decision to continue to be home schooled. Doing dual enrollment, she attended Liberty University and North Carolina Cyber Academy as a Straight “A” student with a 4.0 grade point average and will receive a Posthumous Diploma from NCCA. Fannie was genuinely loved and will be missed by all of her teachers, friends and principles at the academy. “They said she was a pleasure to have as a student, she was a leader and she didn’t mind helping others.” Fannie w a quiet soul who liked to stay to herself. She was also silly, loved to laugh, play her music, write songs and sing them, play her keyboard, read, draw and play with her rabbit Haley. Fannie was loved by her family very, very much and her sudden departure has left a strong impact on our lives. Fannie had a room lighting smile and a goofy laugh. She was a prankster and got a kick out of scaring you and seeing your reaction. Fannie also loved a good home cooked meal. We love you so much “Nae” and you will definitely be missed. Fannie was preceded in death by her parents, Fannie May Jahauri and Charles Bond. Fannie is survived by her grandmother, Linda Bunch; her siblings, Shawn Bonnett, Shahmia Bonnett, Danequa Carter, Jarrae Gordon; her nana, Sarah Bond; aunt, Danyele Bond, Deborah Swain, Terry Honer; niece, Madison Bonnett; nephews, Shawn Bonnett, Jr, Camelen Gordon; cousins, Trevon Bond, Azion Hyman, Ashton Bond; a host of many others cousins and friends.
